Shopping centre monoliths

Brief: Renovate and replace the monolith signage at The Centre, Feltham.

Process: Archers was commissioned to refurbish two large monoliths to incorporate new branding and to upgrade all lighting to LED. New fret-cut aluminium panels were produced in-house with the main panel measuring1300x6500mm. This was supplied in two sections and required specialist scaffolding to manoeuvre and install. We redesigned the top hat of the monolith in aluminium as the original Perspex design had leaked and severely warped. Archers also manufactured a new smaller monolith to the new brand and with LED illumination to replace an existing structure. The work took five weeks to complete.

Result: Fresh and future-proofed monoliths in key locations at a very busy shopping centre
