Dexters Training Academy

Client: Dexters Estate Agency

Brief: To convert Pimlico Library into a staff training academy, including the design, manufacture and installation of bespoke lighting feature

Process: Archers developed outline plans, programmes and budgets to transform the site over 16 weeks. Working with planning authorities and local heritage, historical design elements were preserved while all meeting rooms and offices were given a modern feel with toughened glass front walls to maximise the natural light. Bespoke lighting installations in the reception and front atrium were a key feature - all designed and manufactured in-house.

Result: A fully restored and updated training and meeting space housing 60 full-time staff with bespoke design features and strong branding.
